The boys were so handsome on the Sunday before Christmas. Cy was being grumpy and the only way we could get a picture was if he sat on my lap.
Our future little missionary Easton.
They were so excited to go downstairs and see if Santa had made it. Ken was so worried that Santa didn't know where Texas was, so he was shocked to see Santa found our house.
The only thing Easton wanted was chapter books. Santa decided he needed a chair to read all his books on. You can't really tell, but the chair is a baseball glove and the ottoman is a baseball. He probably got over 15 chapter books so it is safe to say we won't be seeing a whole lot of Easton in the upcoming weeks. He always has his nose in a book.
Ken wanted a motorcycle with a race track and a shooter and Santa luckily found one just for him. He got a bunch of clothes and blocks and games too.
Cy got a little toy to ride on and he is constantly being pushed along by Easton or Ken and he thinks the faster the better...it gets pretty scary once they get on the wood floors. He got a couple train sets and clothes too.
Zac woke up at 5 AM so we could have fresh, yummy orange rolls. Ken could have cared less about they toys, all he wanted was to chow down on orange rolls.
We survived our first Christmas in Texas, our first Christmas not being able to visit Kamdyn's grave on Christmas Eve and the first Christmas with Mom and Dad on a different continent. It was a hard day, but a good day. Love you all!
I'm glad Santa found Texas. It's such a small state, so I was worried like Ken. Great pictures. We missed you guys.
ReplyDeleteCan Zac send some orange rolls our way? It looks like you guys had a fun day!
